On August 5, 2020, we made some changes to the tenant life cycle and the Rent Roll report:
It is now required that the current tenant be put on Notice before money can be received from a prospect interested in the same unit. This allows the Rent Roll to show accurate historical data.
We modified the Rent Roll logic to ensure that Current tenants and Future tenants are accurate and complete.
