For commercial properties, there is an option to show CAM charges on the Rent Roll report.
To show CAM charges
Go to Reporting > Property > Rent Roll.
Complete the filter, and select the CAM check box.
Click Display. The report includes a column for CAM charges.
Each amount in the column represents the total of the tenant's Recovery Setup charges.
For example, in the first row (Brielle's Bakery and Coffeeshop), the report shows 250.00 in the CAM column.
If you look at the tenant record, you can see that this is the sum of three charges: the CAM Estimate, the Property Tax Estimate, and the Insurance Estimate.
All three charges are on the Recovery Setup tab.
