Creating Batch Receipts for Multiple Properties

The Batch Receipts feature is an easy way to record tenant payments -- you select one or more properties, and Breeze displays a list of tenants and their outstanding charges. Instead of creating a receipt record for each tenant check, you can do them all at once.

If you select a Cash Account before you select a property, Breeze will pull in all the properties that use that cash account.

In the example shown above, "Multiple" represents seven different properties.

When you click Get Outstanding Charges, Breeze lists all the tenants at all seven properties, making it easy to record tenant payments.
