This article highlights the Activity Feed on the Tenant screen. You can use it to track conversations and interactions with tenants; for example, a tenant calls and says he was just laid off and the rent will be two weeks late. You can open his Tenant screen and click the Activity Feed button.
On the Activity Feed pane, you can record a summary of the conversation.
The note is saved with a time stamp and the name of the user who entered it.
