The Breeze Help Center contains both text and videos, and allows you to access live webinars. This article describes how to locate content in the Help Center and how to navigate through it.
Before you start, you might want to use the pop-out button in the top right of the Help window
, to detach the Help Window from the main Breeze window.
How to access the Help Center
To access the Help Center, click the Help icon
, located in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and select Help Center.
Typically, the Help Center opens at an article that describes the Breeze page you are currently viewing. For example, if you start at the Monthly Posting page, the Help Center displays an article about monthly posting.

In some cases, the Help Center displays a set of options. For example, if you start at the Charges page (the list of charges), the Help Center gives a set of choices -- articles about adding charges and reviewing charges.
If there is no matching article, the Help Center opens at the Home Page, shown below.
From here, you can drill down to find the topic you want, or use the Search feature.
Tools/Options in the Help Center Window
This section describes some options/tools in the Help Center window. We'll start at the top of the window.
Help | By default, the Help Center opens in Help mode, where you can read articles about different topics. The other option is the Live Training Schedule, described below. |
Live Training Schedule | Click Live Training to toggle from the Help to a schedule of live webinars. The webinars are hosted by veteran members of our client services team, and we encourage you to come with questions!
At this time all webinars are presented in Breeze; Breeze Premier clients are welcome, but please be aware that some screens or processes may be a little different for you. Webinars are free Zoom events. Click the calendar event to register. On the day of the webinar you will receive a link. Note: You can sign yourself up, or be signed up by another user. |
Search | Enter keywords and press Enter. See the next section of this article for more details. |
Pop-out | Click the pop-out icon to detach the Help Window from the Breeze window. This allows you to read the instructions in the Help window and carry out the steps in the Breeze window. The Help Center remembers if you last used it in the regular view or popped-out view and opens in that that view the next time you use it (with the same browser and same computer). The popped-out view has a “pop-in” icon you can use to return to the regular view |
Close | Click the X to close the Help window. |
Some tools in the lower part of the window are described below.
Table of contents | On the left side, the Help Center shows a table of contents with the current article highlighted. Every item in the TOC is clickable, making it easy to browse and find what you want. For example, you are reading the Late Fees article (shown above), you notice that it is in the Monthly Tasks section, and you are curious about other monthly tasks. You can click any item in that section to find out more. |
Back and Forwards buttons | You can easily go back to a page you viewed before. And after going backward, the Forward button allows you to return to where you started. |
The Search Feature
The Search box is in the upper right-hand corner of the Help window.
We recommend that you enter a few keywords, instead of a direct question. For example, instead of entering "How do I post late fees?" type "late fees."
Press Enter on your keyboard. The Help Center displays the matching results.
Videos in the Help Center
The Help Center contains two types of videos: recorded classes from the REFresh User Conference, and Instructional videos.
REfresh User Conference Classes
From the Home page, click the REfresh tile.
The Help Center displays a list of over 80 classes.
The user conference is held annually and covers a multitude of Breeze topics.
Instructional Webinars
From the Home page, click the Videos tile and select Instructional Webinars.
