This article describes how to send someone a link to a Help Center article. Using the link, they can open the Help Center at the same spot, without having to search.
To create a link (first user)
Open the Help Center page.
Click the Create Link button

A message appears at the top of the screen: Link copied to clipboard.
Email the link to a coworker.
To use a link (second user)
Open a browser window, and paste the link into the URL bar (the address bar).
Breeze opens at the dashboard. The Help window opens on top of it, at the linked page.
Note(s):
The second user must be able to access the same company as the user who created the link.
If the second user is not logged in, the system will open the login screen. After they enter their login credentials, the browser will open Breeze at the dashboard with the Help Center window above it.
The browser must be set to allow popups.
