If there's an upgrade, how do I see the latest changes?

To view the changes, log out and log back in. It is not necessary to delete your cookies or clear your cache.

Can I set up user restrictions?

Yes. Go to the Company Settings page and open the User Setup tab. Click the Edit icon (the pencil) and then the Page Access button.

Why is the Live Chat button not showing?

Some browser settings can affect Chat; for example, private browsing will disable it. In Chrome, if you select Block third-party cookies and site data under Settings, Chat will be disabled.

Ad-blocking software can also disable Chat. If the Chat button does not appear on your screen, try turning off ad-blocking software.

Chat is enabled by default, but if it is not working, you should check the setting for Chat. Go to the Company Settings screen and verify that Online Support (Chat) is set to Yes.

How do I submit feedback for Breeze?

In the top right hand corner of the screen, select the question mark icon (?). In the menu, select Feedback. We appreciate your comments and suggestions -- thanks!

Can I toggle between two Breeze windows?

Yes, and in some cases, this can save time. For example, you are creating a payable to a vendor when a tenant comes in and asks about his ledger. Instead of closing the payable, you can open a second window and look at the ledger WHILE the payable is still open. When you go back to the payable, you won't have to start over.

To open a second window in Chrome, click Alt + D + Return. The second window opens at the same page in Breeze (you don't have to log in again). You can then navigate to wherever you want to go -- for example, a tenant ledger.

When you are done, be sure to close the second window. Do not save transactions in two windows at the same time.

What does "pagination" mean?

"Pagination" means breaking a long piece of content into several shorter ones and displaying each one on a separate page. In Breeze, this happens by default on lookup lists and some reports.

For example, when you select a GL account on a Payable, the lookup is divided into pages.

You can select one of the page numbers to jump to that page; or if you want to view the entire list at once, you can click the Remove Pagination button.

Is there a phone number for Breeze support?

The customer support number is 1-833-727-3393.

Is there a support line for Tenants?

We do not have a support line for Tenants unless they are having issues with Passwordless Login. This Support Line is only for Tenants having issues with Passwordless Logins 1-833-711-1130 (Monday - Friday, 8am-8pm(EST).
