How do I suspend my account?

If you started using Breeze but are unable to continue, you can suspend your account. For example, you start setting up your properties in March but then become too busy with tax preparation to continue, so you decide to temporarily suspend your account.

Suspending your account saves any work you have already put into Breeze -- it preserves the data and stops the billing for a period of time.

To suspend your account, please start a chat with us so we can put you in touch with your salesperson. While your account is suspended, email reminders will be sent to the SPOC user (SPOC = Single Point of Contact).

To reactivate a suspended account

When you (the SPOC user) are ready to reactivate your account, go to the login page.

Click Reactivate Account.

You can log in again and access your data. Billing will also resume.
