With Breeze, it is easy to send monthly reports to owners:
First, set up a report packet (a group of standard reports);
Then use Breeze to generate the reports and email them to owners.
This article describes the setup process.
Note: Breeze includes a default report packet. You can view it at Admin > Set Up Monthly Reports > Monthly Reports. If it is sufficient, you can skip the following procedure.
To set up monthly reports
Go to Admin > Set up Monthly Reports.
Select Add New. The Report Packet Information screen appears.
Enter a name for the report packet and select the reports you want to include. (The screenshot only shows the top portion of the screen -- there are many more reports you can choose from.)
Click Save. The selected reports appear the top of the list.
You can test the report packet by using it to generate a set of reports.
To set up filters for specific reports (optional)
As an option, you can set up different filters for different reports in the packet, including options for the report or changes to the date range.
Click the Edit icon and the Add Filter button.
The filter for the Rent Roll is shown below.
In this case, we have added the options for Market Rent and CAM charges to the basic Rent Roll report.
The filter for Delinquency is shown below.
In this case, we selected the option for Landscape presentation.
If a Filter includes a Month Range:
In the Month Range fields, you can change the default range (one month).
Enter a negative number for how many months you want to go back from the Reporting Month (the month you enter on the filter when you generate monthly reports). Enter a positive number for how many months you want to go forward from the Reporting Month. Enter a 0 for the current Reporting Month.
For an example, consider the following setting:

This means that the range starts one month before the Reporting Month (-1) and ends one month after the Reporting Month (+1), for a total of three months.
If the Reporting Month is July, 2022:
And the range is the one shown above (-1 and +1), Breeze will run the report for June, July, and August.
Copy Reports (optional)
On the setup screen, you can duplicate a report and change the filter options to make it a different report.
For example, the Transaction Register shows all transaction in one report. You can make it more specific by creating separate reports for payables, receipts, and so on.
Locate the Transaction Register report and click the Copy Report button.
Rename the new report, for example, Transaction Register: Payables.
Change the filter so that the new report only shows payables.
Repeat the process for different transaction types.
