The menu path for Electronic Payment reports is as follows: Reporting > Electronic Payments > [Report Name], for example: Reporting > Electronic Payments > Payment Failures.
The following table gives a description of each report.
Report Name | Description |
Payment Failures | Use the AR and AP Payment Failure Dashboards if you are using Bill Pay or Full Service CheckScan. The dashboards show information about incomplete or missing set up, unsent transactions, and failed one-time and recurring ACH/Credit Card or CheckScan payments, allowing you to correct the mistakes so that the payments can be re-processed.
The items are grouped in sections according to their status. Each section shows the total number of transactions with that status. If you click on a total, you can see details about each item. |
Credit Card Payment | This report includes details about credit card transactions such as property, tenant code, transaction ID, transaction date, amount, and status. |
ACH Payments | View ACH receipts and details: Payer, Date, Amount, Notes. From the report you can drill down to ACH receipt records. Note: This report shows incoming payments from tenants, not outgoing payments to vendors. |
Collect Processor | This report shows the processing status of posted ACH, CheckScan and WIPS transactions. Review this report on a daily basis so you can resolve rejected transactions in a timely manner. |
Bill Pay | This report shows the processing status of posted ACH and check payments. Review this report on a daily basis so you can resolve rejected payments in a timely manner. |
AR EFT Returned Transactions | A list of AR transactions that failed. |
WIPS Directory | This report displays residents and roommates who are signed up for WIPS, including the WIPS card number that has been assigned to each one. It also includes the user IDs of the users who created, modified, and inactivated a WIPS record, with the date and time that each event occurred. "WIPS" stands for "walk in payment service." |
To run a report on electronic payments
Go to Reporting > Electronic Payments > [Name of Report]. The filter appears.
Complete the filter and click Display. The report appears.
In some cases, the report appears without completing the filter. If you need to filter the results, click the filter icon (
)
To export a report
To export a report, click one of the buttons in the top right.
Excel: Breeze generates and downloads an Excel file.
PDF: Breeze generates and downloads a PDF file.
Email: Breeze opens another window, where you can compose an email message and send it with the list as an attachment (a PDF).
To drill down from a report
In many cases, you can start at a report and drill down to detail records. For example, from the Payment Failures dashboard, you can drill down to individual transactions.
