To generate a lease abstract
Open the tenant record and click the Lease Abstract button.
Breeze downloads and downloads the abstract. It includes the following information:
Scheduled charges, current and future.
The setup for recovery.
The setup for retail charges, if applicable.
The setup for late fees.

Correspondence and Lease Abstracts
Using the Correspondence feature, you can generate lease abstracts for multiple commercial tenants at once. Go to Reporting > Correspondence > Tenant and select Lease Abstract.
