Screening Applicants Without an Application Fee
You can now screen applicants without charging an application fee. This is necessary for states where application fees are not allowed, or only allowed in specific situations, like the state of Massachusetts. Previously, an application fee was a requirement for screening prospects manually in Breeze and for screening prospects who applied on RentCafe.
No Marketing Emails
You can now choose not to receive marketing emails from Yardi -- there is an Opt Out checkbox on the My Profile screen.
Employment Information
On the application for tenant screening, if the prospect is not employed, the fields for employment information are no longer required.
Resolved Issues
The Commercial Lease Abstract now shows the correct recovery details. Previously, the report showed zero as the monthly amount for past recovery setup details.
On email templates, you can now use tokens in the Subject line.
You can send an invitation from Breeze to encourage commercial tenants to sign up with RentCafe.
