You can use the Rebuild Unit Occupancy function to fix problems with unit status at a property, including the following:
A vacant unit does not appear as available on RentCafe.
An occupied unit appears as vacant on the Rent Roll.
Rebuilding the unit occupancy can resolve these issues.
To rebuild unit occupancy
Go to Admin > Toolbox > Rebuild Unit Occupancy.
Select a property.
Click Rebuild Occupancy.
Breeze performs the function and displays a confirmation message:
