If a tenant has outstanding charges, Breeze shows the amount at the top of the screen.

To view details, click the Outstanding Charges button. Breeze displays the Unpaid Charges report for that tenant.

You can also access this report by clicking the Unpaid Charges tab on the Tenant screen.

To view the unpaid charges of multiple tenants at once, go to Reporting > Accounts Receivable > Unpaid Charges.

By default, the report shows all the unpaid charges in your portfolio, but you can filter by owner, property or tenant, and from the report, you can drill down on a specific charge.
