On the Company screen, we added a new check box: Monthly Posting Apply Credits. If this option is selected, the Monthly Posting feature will automatically apply any existing tenant credits to the new charges.
Note: If a tenant has prepayments that are set to be applied automatically, they will be applied before credits.
On the Insurance Dashboard, we have made it easier to match tenants with un-matched insurance policies.
