Posting Monthly Charges Automatically

Have you ever forgotten to post your monthly charges? Did you know that you can have Breeze do it for you?

We recommend using the automatic task to post monthly charges. This will ensure that there are charges to match receipts, and it will save you the time and effort of posting charges manually.

Go to the Company Settings screen and open the Automated Tasks tab.

Click the Monthly Posting row to open up the task and activate it.

Note: The Monthly Posting task creates charges, but it does not send invoices to tenants.
