In this update, we have added support for 1099s. Also, the way you enter a manual payment has changed -- now you can record the date and post month for the check. Previously, the payment would default to the current date and post month, and there was no way to change them.
If an owner has more than one legal entity, you can set up separate owner records (one for each legal entity) and link them on the Owner Portal by using the same email address for each owner record. The owner can then log into the Portal and view data on all the properties owned by the various legal entities. In addition, we have added a "cleanup" feature. If a tenant overpays (or underpays) by a small amount, Breeze will automatically move the difference into a predefined "cleanup" account. You can set the "tolerance amount" -- the amount for which transactions are eligible for this treatment.
Uploading a company logo has also changed. Now, if the logo is too large, Breeze will crop it.
