In this update, we have added a way to import setup data. You can download a template from Breeze, enter your data in Excel, and then import it directly into Breeze. We have also added the Summary Charges feature -- a way to create multiple charges at the same time. You can access this feature from the menu or from a payable (to "chargeback" an invoice to tenants).
The Owner Portal has been enhanced, and we have made adding Additional Tenants easier. Also, we have made a change in our menu: instead of using the term "Tenant Payments," we are calling them "Receipts." Finally, after you run monthly posting, you can now generate and send PDF invoices to tenants.
