Multiple owners per property are now supported. On the Property screen, we have added a tab for owners, where you can select owners and enter the ownership percentage for each one. When you run the Pay Owner function, Breeze calculates the correct amount for each owner based on the percentage.

You can now receive money from a non-tenant source, for example, income from vending machines. In Breeze, a non-tenant source is called a Customer. There is a Customer screen with a Customer ledger, so you can easily track these transactions.

Maintenance Requests have been enhanced -- you can now assign a request to a specific vendor, and you can create a payable to the vendor directly from a maintenance request.

On the Vendor screen, we have added a field for the "usual account" -- the default expense account. When you create a payable to a vendor with this field populated, the system pulls in the account automatically.

You can now send emails to tenants. Messages can be sent to all tenants in the system (including Additional Tenants), or to selected tenants, using filter options. You can also email tenants individually from the Tenant screen. In addition, we have added an Email button on the Receipt screen, allowing you to send a PDF of a receipt to a tenant.

On the Correspondence page, we have added the Recovery Reconciliation letter for Commercial tenants and made enhancements to the Owner and Vendor Ledgers.

Charges created from payables are now connected with a link so you can see the relationship between the two transactions.

On lookups where you can select more than one item, you can now select all with one click.

When you set up online payments, you can now choose to accept Debit Cards and ACH separately (previously, they were lumped together, and you had to accept both of them or neither).

In this release, we have addressed the following bugs:

  • You can add a recovery setup with large amounts (previously, an amount could not be one million or greater).

  • Issues with the Credit Card dashboard have been resolved.

  • On the Batch Receipt screen, filtering by tenant status now works correctly.

  • Issues with the Prospect screen have been resolved.

  • You can now create charges for past tenants.

  • When a tenant's balance is negative (caused by a credit charge), you can still add a receipt.
