In this update, we have extended the support for Commercial properties: you can now set up estimate charges for tenants and run recovery reconciliations at the end of the year. We have also added the ability to open past accounting periods, allowing you to make corrections or updates as needed.
Two other items are in the early stages of development, but we we mention them here in case you come across them in the application. These include Summary Charges (a way to distribute an expense among the tenants of a property), and Import Data, which brings in setup data from Excel spreadsheets. These features are usable now, but will be enhanced in the next release (January 2018).
