Adding Reminders to Calendar Activities

To make sure that you don't miss important activities, you can set up a reminder a few days in advance.

In the example shown above, earthquake insurance must be renewed on Friday, 11/11.

We added a reminder that appears on Monday, 11/07.

To add a reminder to a calendar activity

Start by going to a record (for example, a property record) and clicking the Add Activity button.

The Activity Feed appears.

Add details for a new activity.

Select the Show on Calendar checkbox and the Reminder checkbox.

Enter the number of days the reminder should appear before the main task.

Click Submit.

The calendar shows both the main task and the reminder.

When you click on the reminder, Breeze displays details.

The Status is In Process.

To "complete" a reminder

Click on the reminder to view the details. In the detail section, click the check mark icon to "complete" the reminder.

The Calendar Activity screen appears.

Enter Completion Notes and click Submit.

The reminder is removed from the calendar.

By default, the calendar does not show completed activities.
