This article describes how to edit your user profile and change your password.
To edit your user profile
In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, click your initials and select My Profile.
The My Profile page appears.
Click the Edit icon (the pencil).
You can edit your name (first and last), but you cannot change your email address.
You can also opt out of marketing emails from Yardi.
If you make any changes, click Save.
Notes:
The other tabs on the My Profile screen are used to customize the Dashboard.
You can't change your email address because Breeze uses it to identify you while you are logged in, but you can ask another user to change it for you. They can do it on the Company Settings screen, on the User Setup tab.
To change your password
Open the My Profile page.
Click the Change Password link. The Change Password screen appears.
Enter your current password.
Enter the new password twice.
Note: For the new password, there are a set of requirements on the right -- a minimum of 10 characters, and so on. As you complete each requirement the check mark changes from red to green.
Click Save.
