There are two ways to contact us: chat or phone.
Chat Support
The Chat button ( 
) appears in the lower right corner of the screen. Chat is free.
If chat is not available, the button changes to an envelope (
) and can be used to send an email message to Support.
Phone Support
Optional phone support is also available, billed per call. The customer support number is 1-833-727-3393.
Browser Security Settings and Chat
Some browser security settings may affect the Chat function.
Private browsing, in Chrome and Safari, will disable Chat.
In Chrome, if you select Block third-party cookies and site data under Settings, Chat will be disabled.
Ad-blocking software can also disable Chat. If the Chat button does not appear on your screen, try turning off ad-blocking software.
Zoom Setting and Chat
In some cases, your browser's zoom setting can affect the Chat button. If you do not see the button, try zooming in and out a few times until it reappears.
In Chrome, Zoom is located on the Settings menu.
