There are three ways to add charges in Breeze:
You can run Monthly Posting to create charges for rent and other recurring items.
You can create one-time charges for miscellaneous fees; for example, a charge for a lost key.
You can use the Batch Charge feature to distribute an expense among the tenants of a commercial property (in this case, Breeze creates a charge for each tenant).
