This article is intended for property managers; its purpose is to help you answer questions you might receive from tenants. To do this, we show the process from the tenant's perspective. You can print out this article and hand it to them; or you can print it as a PDF and email it to them.

Setting Up Online Payments: Adding a Debit Card
Log into RentCafe.
RentCafe opens on the Payments tab.
Payment options are on the right. You can set up a debit card, ACH, or a credit card.
In this example, we'll show how to set up payments with a debit card.
Click Add a Debit Card. RentCafe opens another window for Yardi Card Services.
Complete the form and click Save.
The window closes and you are redirected back to RentCafe. Instead of Add a Debit Card, the button now reads Pay Now.
Setting up Auto-Pay
Click the Set up auto-pay button.
The Auto-pay Setup tab appears.
Complete the tab and click Next.
A message appears.
Click the check box for the Terms and Conditions.
Click Set up Auto-Pay. A confirmation message appears.
Note: For Premier, you have the ability to initiate payments for a Tenant via the E-Payment button on the top right of the Tenant Information Screen once the payment information has been added by either the Tenant or you in the database.
