RentCafe listings have two types of images: property photos and unit floor plans.
Property photos are added at the property level; floor plans are added at the unit type level.
To add floor plan images to a RentCafe listing
Open the Property screen.
Select the Units tab, and then select the Unit Types sub-tab.
On the Unit Types sub-tab, click the Photo button.
A popup appears, where you can upload a floor plan image.
The floor plan appears on the Unit Types sub-tab.
When you are finished uploading images, go to the RentCafe tab. Click the Edit icon and click Sync Photos.
Sync Photos moves the image files from Breeze to RentCafe.
Additional Unit Types
In Breeze, when you create units, the system adds unit types automatically, according to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. For example, if you have some units with 1 bedroom and 1.5 baths and some with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, the system will automatically create two unit types.
If you need additional unit types (for example, your building has two types of one-bedroom apartments that are significantly different), you can add them manually. On the Unit Types tab of the Property screen, click the Add New button.
