Note: This function is typically used after a data conversion from an older Yardi software if you brought over properties you are no longer managing and will never manage in Breeze.
If you are trying to inactivate properties that you have been managing in Breeze, you should follow the steps in the article Inactivating a Property. There may be additional steps you need to take to ensure everything is correctly shut off.
Go to Admin > Toolbox > Bulk Action > Inactivate Properties.
The top part of the screen is a filter. Use it to select the properties you want to inactivate.
Click Find. The matching properties are displayed on the bottom portion of the screen.
Select the ones you want to inactivate and click Update.
The properties are made inactive.
