When you email a tenant statement (or an invoice) from Breeze, the tenant receives an email message with the statement (or invoice) attached. The following procedure describes how to customize the message.
To edit the default email message
Open the Company Settings screen. (Click your name in the top right corner of the Breeze screen and select Company Settings.)
Open the Email Templates tab.
In the For field, select Tenant.
Select the Type: Statement or Invoice.
Click the Edit icon (the pencil) and change the text as needed.
Tokens
Any text between carats (for example, ^CompanyPhone^) is a token that pulls the value from the company record. For example, when Breeze generates email, it pulls the specific phone number from the company record and places it in the email message in place of ^CompanyPhone^.
If you want to change a token, you can change the value on the company record, or you can take out the carats and enter the exact text you want to send.
