This function can be used after a conversion, if there are inactive tenants with open charges in the database. It keeps their charges from being included in the Open AR amount shown on the Dashboard and the Property screen.
Go to Admin > Toolbox > Configuration > Exclude Tenant from Open AR.
Complete the top part of the screen and click Find. The bottom part of the screen displays the matching tenants.
Select the Exclude check box for the tenants you want to exclude and click Update.
Their charges will no longer be included in the Open AR amounts.
