The Owner's View of the Owner Portal

Updated over 2 months ago

This article describes what an owner sees on the Owner Portal.

The Dashboard

When you log into Owner Portal, the dashboard is the first screen that appears. The dashboard is divided into two sections: tiles for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at the top of the screen, and a data grid below it.

When you select one of the tiles, the data grid displays detailed information related to it. In the example shown below, the Vacancy tile is selected, and the data grid displays a list of vacant units.

Properties Tab

The Properties tab gives Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each of the owner's properties: Open AR, Open AP, Vacancy, and Open Maintenance Requests.

Documents Tab

The Documents tab shows the files that the property manager has made available to the owners.

Monthly Reports Tab

The Monthly Reports tab displays the monthly reports that the property manager has published to the portal.

Maintenance Requests Tab

The Maintenance Requests tab shows open maintenance requests for the owner's properties.

Making Online Payments

Owners can also use the portal to make online payments. To do this, an owner would open the Properties tab, locate the property that they want to pay, and click the Payment button.

A screen appears where the owner can set up an online payment with a credit card or bank account information.

Mobile App Setup Tab

This tab has instructions for installing the Mobile App for the Owner Portal.
