By default, the Lease Builder tab has two options for lease documents: PDF and DOC.
Because Word DOCs can be edited, some clients want to hide the DOC option.
To hide the DOC option from the Lease Builder tab
Click your initials in the upper right hand corner of the screen and select Company Settings.
The Company Settings page appears.
Click the Edit icon (the pencil).
Select the checkbox for Lease Builder - View Lease - PDF only.
Click Save.
To view the change, open a Tenant screen and select the Lease Builder tab.
Under View Lease, there is only one option -- PDF.
