With this release, we added new functionality, including the Prospect Workflow and the ability to customize the Dashboard. The release will be available for download on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store on December 14th, 2023.

Prospect Workflow: With the Prospect Workflow, you can add a prospect record and complete all the steps required to make them a tenant: enter additional occupants, add rentable items, select leasing specials, charge an application fee, screen the prospect, generate a lease document, and move the tenant in.

Customizing the Dashboard: You can now select and arrange the widgets on the Dashboard (the first screen you see after logging in).

The following widgets are available: My Approvals, My Maintenance, Open Inspections, My Tasks, Vendors, and Tenants.

To customize the Dashboard, click on the profile button in the upper right and select Dashboard Setup.
