With this release, we enhanced the existing features and added new functionality, including notifications.

Vendor Records: You can now review and edit vendor records, including the vendor's contact information, a list of unpaid invoices, and a list of open maintenance requests that are linked to them.

Tenant Records: You can now review tenant records, including current scheduled charges, open maintenance, communication history, and unpaid charges.

Property Records: You can now review property records, including open AR, open AP, available unit, open maintenance, property defaults, bank setup, units, unit types, waitlist units, attachments, other info, custom data, ownership, and a list of all maintenance work.

The Breeze Calendar: From the My Tasks screen, you can now view the Breeze calendar and open calendar items.

Notifications (coming soon): When a Task in Breeze is assigned to you, Breeze will push a notification to your phone. Also, when a Maintenance Request or Invoice is created for a property that you can access, a notification will be sent. Previously, you had to log into the app to see if there was anything new. Note: This feature will be added after the main update.

On the last step of an inspection, there is now a Save and Complete button. Previously, you had to save first and then go back to the Inspection screen to mark it as Complete; now, you can do both in one single step.

On the Maintenance Request screen, you can now add and review activities.

On the Maintenance Request screen, for Photos and Videos, we added item counts to the tab headers, allowing you to see if there is anything attached before you open the tab.

Maintenance Requests: You can review/edit maintenance requests and mark them as Complete.

Tasks: You can review and edit tasks.
