Features in the Breeze App

Features in the App prior to December, 2023

Maintenance Requests: You can review/edit maintenance requests and mark them as Complete.

Invoices: You can review and approve invoices. (An approved invoice becomes a payable.)

Tasks: You can review and edit tasks.

Notifications: When a Task in Breeze is assigned to you, Breeze will push a notification to your phone. Also, when a Maintenance Request or Invoice is created for a property that you can access, a notification will be sent. Previously, you had to log into the app to see if there was anything new.

Vendor Records: You can review and edit vendor records, including the vendor's contact information, a list of unpaid invoices, and a list of open maintenance requests that are linked to them.

Tenant Records: You can review tenant records, including current scheduled charges, open maintenance, communication history, and unpaid charges.

Property Records: You can review property records, including open AR, open AP, available units, open maintenance, property defaults, bank setup, units, unit types, waitlist units, attachments, other info, custom data, ownership, and a list of all maintenance work.

The Breeze Calendar: From the My Tasks screen, you can view the Breeze calendar and open calendar items.
