In this release, we added several enhancements to existing features and reporting.
Enhancements to Existing Features
On the Owner Portal tab of the Owner screen, we added a Search field, to make it easier to locate documents that you have already published to the Owner Portal.
Scheduled charges for rentable items now include a description of the rentable item in the Notes field.
You can now NSF owner and customer receipts. Previously, you could only NSF tenant receipts.
The Batch Receipt screen now has a Total row at the bottom.
Enhancements to Reporting
We added a new bank report, Property Funds, that shows the cash account balance for each property in your system.
The Trust Account Balance report now shows the Primary cash account for each property. Previously, only the account marked as Primary at the company level was taken into account.
On Correspondence reports, you can now select multiple tenant statuses in the filter. You can also clear the Status field and Breeze will run the report for all tenants.
The 12 Month Budget report now uses the same formatting as the Budget Comparison report, and you can exclude GL accounts from the report by selecting the Exclude from Budget option on the GL Account screen.
