When tenants pay their rent electronically via ACH debit, the cost of the service has fallen to the tenant. The landlord can choose to absorb the fee instead.
When you set up online payments and select ACH, the ACH Details section appears. In the Bill Service Fee To field, select Client.
Note: This option is only available for ACH, not for credit card payments.
