As a property manager, you are required to send 1099 MISC Forms to vendors and owners. Breeze can make this easy for you, by printing the forms with the correct amounts.
There are two ways to generate the forms:
Extracting data: You can use Breeze to calculate how much you have paid each vendor or owner during the year. Use this method if you have been using Breeze for the entire calendar year.
Entering your own data: You can enter the amount paid to each vendor/owner manually. Use this method if you started Breeze in the middle of the year.
