Pay Management Fees is now ready! You can have Breeze calculate your management fees on a per-property basis, based on GL account balances. After calculating, Breeze will create a payable to your management company.

In this release, we have addressed the following bugs:
On the Vendor Ledger filter, you can now select multiple properties.
On the filter for the Tenant Deliquency Summary, the Amount From and Amount To fields now work correctly.
On the Expense Pool screen, issues with sorting by columns have been resolved.
If you change a charge code on a saved charge, it is now reflected correctly on the General Ledger Report.
The search now works correctly on the Review Tenant and Review GL Account screens.
On the Tenant Ledger, the transaction are presented in order, starting with the most recent transaction at the top. The running balance is also correct.
