You can now generate Tenant Statements and email them to your tenants. The Tenant Statement shows a list of all transactions (payments, charges, and late fees) that have occurred over a period of time for a specific tenant, along with the balance forward and the running total. Previously, you could only generate individual invoices and email them to your tenants. Now, with the same menu link (Reporting > Correspondence), you have two options: Tenant Statement or Invoice. Also, on the Correspondence screen, if there are multiple invoices for a tenant, you can select all of them and click the Email selected button to merge them into a single PDF.
On the Summary Receipt screen, you can now specify a cash account. Breeze defaults to the cash account that is marked as Primary for the property, but you can change it if you need to record tenant payments received in an alternate account, for example, the escrow account for deposits.
We have made some design changes to the Sales Tax screen. You can now filter by city and state to identify properties that should use a specific sales tax rate. When you add a new property, if it is located in a state that has sales tax configured, you will be prompted to select it. The Tenant screen has also been redesigned. We now show Additional Tenants, Scheduled Charges, and Recovery Setup as tabs on the main screen.

In this release, we have addressed the following bugs:
The Reset password function now works on mobile devices.
Issues with the Summary Receipt screen, the Owner Statement, updating lease terms, and saving JEs have been resolved.
Notes added on the Rent Increase screen now appear on the scheduled charges that are created.
Open AR balances shown on the Dashboard are now correct regardless of the number of additional tenants there are.
Completing the Address fields on the Property screen has been made easier. If you start to enter an address and Google does not find a match, the City, State, and Zip fields become editable. (Note: If you can't publish a property on RENTCafé, please check that the address is correct.)
Issues with deposit amounts on the Rent Roll Report have been resolved.
Under development and coming soon:
Tenant screening.
The ability to add a second sales tax to a charge (for example, a city tax in addition to a state tax).
We mention these features here in case you come across them in the application.
