Using the Insurance Dashboard, you can quickly determine which residents have insurance, and what type. You can also trouble-shoot insurance issues.
Go to Reporting > Insurance > Insurance Dashboard. Select a property and click Go.
In the screenshot shown above, you can see that the tenants at "3068 State Street" have 12 policies (in total), consisting of six Resident Shield policies (H04s), one 3rd party policy, and five tenants enrolled in the master policy.
You can drill down on each number to view a list of tenants. For example, when you click the number for Yardi Resident Shield Policies, the screen displays a list of tenants with those policies.
If you click a tenant's name, Breeze opens the tenant record and displays the Renters Insurance tab where you can view details about their policy.
In the example shown above, you can see that there are two lines for insurance -- one for Master Policy, which was canceled, and one for an H04 policy.

Requiring Attention
Unmatched Policies: Policies that have been imported from ResidentShield to your property but not matched to tenants. If you have any unmatched policies, contact Support.
Uninsured Occupants: Tenants and additional occupants who do not have insurance.
Tenants with Multiple Policies: Tenants enrolled in 3rd party policies and the Master Policy. In this case, you should contact the tenants to determine which policy they want to keep.
Duplicate Policies: Due to data entry errors, some policies might have the same identification number. In this case, you should edit or delete one of the duplicate policies.
Active HO4 & Master Policies: Tenants enrolled in an H04 policy and the Master Policy. In this case, you should check with the tenants to determine which policy they want to keep.
Master Policies With No Lease Charge: If a tenant is enrolled but does not have a lease charge, it is likely that it was manually deleted by mistake. Please contact Breeze Support so we can help you add it back.
No Pet Coverage: Tenants who have pets (according to their tenant record) but do not have a pet endorsement on their insurance policy.
