Updated over 2 months ago

Go to Reporting > Insurance > Insurance Reports.

From the menu on the left-hand side of the page, select the report you want to run. The following table gives a description of each one.

Report Name

Description

Policy Information

A list of tenants who have insurance, with information about each policy: type, liability amount, and dates.

Policy Summary

A list of tenants who have insurance, with filter options for Legal Liability and Additional Insured. In the report filter, you can also select the No Policy option to generate a list of tenants without insurance.

Master Policy Summary

Information about the Master Policy and its utilization at each property in your database.

Policy Portfolio

Information about insurance of all types (Master Policy, Resident Shield Policies, and 3rd Party Policies) at each property in your database.

Insurance Dashboard

Using the Insurance Dashboard, you can quickly determine which residents have insurance, and what type. You can also trouble-shoot insurance issues. The menu path is different: Reporting > Insurance > Insurance Dashboard.

The filter appears.

Complete the filter and click Display. The report appears.

If you select another report from the menu on the left, the report will appear without completing the filter (it will use the criteria entered for the last one). If you need to filter the results, click the filter icon ()

To export a report

To export a report, click one of the buttons in the top right.

Excel: Breeze generates and downloads an Excel file.

PDF: Breeze generates and downloads a PDF file.

Email: Breeze opens another window, where you can compose an email message and send it with the list as an attachment (a PDF).

To drill down from a report

In some cases, you can start at a report and drill down to detail records. For example, from the Policy Information report, you can drill down to tenant records and view their insurance setup.
