The Maintenance Request Directory is a report that lists maintenance requests and gives critical information about them, including status, priority, category, description, and tech notes.
You can use it to scan a set of maintenance requests at a glance.
To Use The Maintenance Request Directory
Go to Reporting > Property > Maintenance Request. The report appears.
The screenshot only shows the columns on the left. On the right-hand side, there are columns for Call Date, Due By, Complete Date, Permission to Enter, Vendor, and User.
You can sort by any column header, or use the filter to limit the requests that are displayed. Click in any row to open the maintenance request and view more details.
Exporting and Filtering the Report
In the top right, there is a row of buttons that allow you to export the report.
The Excel and PDF buttons download a file.
The Email button opens another window where you can compose an email message and send the report as an attachment.
The Screen button returns you to the report.
The filter icon
opens the filter screen, shown below.
Enter search criteria and click Apply.
