How do I set up online payments for my system?
Go to the Company Settings page and click the Online Payments button. This will open the Payment Processing portal, where you can set up online payment processing. For more information, click here. (Note: The Online Payments button only appears for the SPOC user.)
How do I set up online payments for a property?
If you have enabled online payments for your system, you can turn them on for a property by going to the RentCafe tab and selecting which payment methods you want to accept.
Can tenants make partial payments online or split charges with a roommate?
Yes. Go to the Property screen, and open the RentCafe tab. Select the Online Payments tab and you will see an option for Allow Partial Payments.
Can tenants make prepayments online?
Yes. Go to the Property screen and open the RentCafe tab. Select the Online Payments tab, then select Allow Prepayments.
