How can I deactivate WIPS account numbers in bulk?

You can deactivate WIPS account numbers one at a time on the Tenant screen, or you can use the bulk function to deactivate multiple account numbers at once. For example: a property in your portfolio changes hands, and the new owner decides to stop accepting WIPS payments. Using the bulk function, you can deactivate all the WIPS accounts at once.

To de-activate multiple WIPS accounts

Go to Admin > Toolbox > WIPS Bulk Deactivation.

You can filter by property, or you can leave the field blank to show the accounts at all properties.

Click Find. Breeze displays matching WIPS accounts in the lower half of the screen.

Select the accounts you want to deactivate.

Click Deactivate. Breeze displays a warning message.

Click OK. Breeze deactivates the accounts. If you go to one of the tenant records, you can see that the associated WIPS account number is no longer active.
