With the bulk function, you can save time by enrolling a group of tenants at once.
Go to Admin > Toolbox > Enroll in Master Policy.
Complete the screen and click Find. The bottom half of the screen displays the tenants at the property who do not have a current insurance policy.
Select the tenants you want to enroll in the master policy. (To select all the tenants on the screen, click the Select All button.)
Click the Enroll in Master Policy button.
Viewing the Policies on the Tenant Record
On each tenant's record, you can see that the insurance policy has been added.
You can also see the charge for insurance on the Current Scheduled Charges tab.
The charge includes the admin fee.
The charge code for insurance is set up on the Company Settings screen, Account Settings tab. The default charge code is Renters Insurance.
Note: If your property does not have a master policy, contact support and they will help you set one up.
