Can I email reports to tenants?
You can email statements, invoices, and ledgers to tenants. Go to Reporting > Correspondence.
What is Correspondence?
Correspondence is a feature that allows you to run a report and email it to a tenant, vendor, or owner. To use it, go to Reporting > Correspondence.
Can I change the message that is sent when I email a ledger from the tenant page?
You can customize the email message on the Tenant Email Template tab of the Company Settings page.
What is a rent roll, and how do I run it?
A rent roll is a list of tenants at a property and the rental rate for each one. You can run it at Reporting > Property > Rent Roll.
Before you run the rent roll report, make sure that you have closed the prior month. For example, if you are running the report for April, you need to close March. Also, when you run the report, you need to complete the Month/Year field as well the Date field.
You should run the report for one property at a time.
When I click Display, the report filter disappears. How can I go back to the filter and make a change?
In the top right-hand corner of the report screen, there is a "show filter" button:
Click it, and Breeze will display the filter again.
Does Breeze have a profit and loss report?
Yes, to run a profit and loss report, please navigate to Reporting > Financial Reports > Income Statement.
