With Breeze, you can generate mailing labels for tenants; for example, you could generate and print labels for all the current tenants at a given property.
You can use two types of blank label sheets: HP Avery 5260 (3 x 10) and HP Avery 5261 (2 x 10). Load the sheets in your printer when you are ready to generate labels.
To print mailing labels
Go to Reporting > Correspondence > Tenant and select Mailing Labels.
On the left, there's a group of filter fields, allowing you to select tenants. On the right, there's a group of fields that determine how the labels are printed.
Name Display | There are two options:
You can choose to print the tenant's first name before or after their last name. |
Sort By | The sort order determines how the labels appear on the page. You can sort by Name, ZipCode or Property/Unit/Tenant. Before you print the labels, you can view a PDF and check the sort order. |
Type of Label | HP Avery 5260 (3 x 10) or HP Avery 5261 (2 x 10). |
Number of Copies | By default, Breeze generates one label per tenant. If you want additional labels, enter the number of copies you want. |
Font Size | 8 or 12. 12 is the recommended setting. |
Click Display. Breeze generates a PDF and downloads it to your browser.
Click the PDF to open it. An example is shown below.
If you want to change the sort order, go back to the filter, select a different sort order, and click Display again.
To print the labels, click the print icon in the PDF window.
