On a user by user basis, you can restrict some functionality in Breeze. For example, you could block a user's access to the page where checks are written to vendors.
Go to the User Setup tab of the Company Settings page. (Click your initials in the top right-hand corner of the page and select Company Settings. Then open the User Setup tab.)
Click the Edit icon (the pencil). The page refreshes.
Locate the user you want to restrict, and click the Page Access button. The Edit Page Access page appears.
Deselect the functions the user should not have access to.
If you make any changes to the screen, you should deselect Company Setup as well. If the user can access Company Setup, they can change their own security and undo any changes you made.
Implementation
If a security item is deselected, the following occurs:
Company Setup: Users can access the page but can't make changes.
Screening Reports: Users are not able to view screening reports or re-screen prospects.
Make Payments: This item is removed from the menu.
Banking: This item is removed from the menu.
Financial Reports: This item is removed from the menu.
Toolbox: This item is removed from the menu.
