Every property must be linked to one or more owners.
To view a list of owners
From the dashboard, select Owners. Breeze displays a list of existing owners.
Use this page to view existing owners. Click anywhere in a row to open an owner record.
You can use the Search field to locate owners; for example, you could enter a city to view all owners in that city. You can also click on any column header to re-sort the list.
Click + Add New to add a new owner.
To view a single owner record
When you click a line in the Owners screen, an individual owner record appears.
On the left is a set of tabs, including a Ledger that shows all the transactions with the owner.
At the bottom of the screen is a list of the owner's properties showing the Ownership % for each one.
Inactive Owners
Owners cannot be marked "Inactive." But if an owner's properties are all inactive, the owner is considered inactive. The owner does not appear on the Owners screen (the list of owners). To view the owner record, use the filter and search for inactive owners.
Also, inactive owners do not appear on the Monthly Reports screen.
