An owner might have properties that belong to different legal entities. To allow a single owner the ability to view all of their property activity and information in one place, you can add the owner as a portal user for each legal entity.
For example, there are two legal entities -- Sierra LLC and Nevada LLC -- with multiple owners and properties, as shown in the following table.

Each legal entity is set up with an owner record in Breeze. On the Owner Portal tab, the actual owners are set up as portal users.
Sierra LLC:
Nevada LLC:
Because Paul Johnson is set up as a portal user on both Owner screens, when he logs into the Owner Portal, he can see information from all four properties.
By contrast, Jane Doe can only see the Sierra LLC properties.
And Peter Tool can only see the Nevada LLC properties.
